Custom Commision
Bring Your Narnia Vision to Life - coming 2026
Have you ever had an interesting Narnia project you wanted to bring to life?
Maybe it’s concept art for a prop you’ve always dreamed of owning, or a specific item that no one seems to make.
With NRprops, your vision doesn’t have to stay an idea.
While there are many Narnia props out there, we can’t make everything. Our main focus is creating replicas and products with the strongest potential to succeed in our shop.
Custom commissions give your favourite project a chance to be made—whether it’s a one-of-a-kind prop, a personal interpretation, or a niche item you’ve always wanted to see brought into the real world.
If you can imagine it, we’ll do our best to craft it.
Our Process
Step 1- Form Submission
Submit your form with details about your project, including your desired timeline, budget, and any additional information to help us understand your vision.
Step 2- NRprops Gives First Decision
We’ll review your request and determine whether it’s feasible within our timeframes, workflow, and your proposed budget.
Step 3- Calculation
After confirming your custom project, we’ll gather all the necessary information to provide an accurate price. This includes design time, required materials, and overall production complexity.
Step 4- Customer Feedback
Once you receive the project quote, we’ll wait for your approval or decline before moving forward and greenlighting the project.
Step 5- Project Greenlit
Congratulations — we’ve reached an agreement and your project is officially accepted. To begin production, we require a 50% deposit of the total commission price.
Step 6- Project Completed
Once your project is finished and the remaining 50% balance has been paid, your prop will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
Step 7 – Prop Enters Store Selection
Once your commission is complete, your prop will either remain a one-time exclusive or be added to our shop collection, depending on the agreement made during the commission process.
Step 8 – Provision for Future Orders
If your prop is added to our shop, you will receive 7.5% of the total order price for each future sale, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
Step 9 – A Great Partnership
Your idea doesn’t just become a prop—it becomes part of an ongoing collaboration. Thank you for helping expand the NRprops collection.
Let’s Work Together
If you're interested in working with us, complete the form with a few details about your project. We'll review your message and get back to you soon.
Please submit one form per project. If you have multiple projects in mind, kindly complete a separate form for each item.
Important Information
Replica Accuracy Comes First
Accuracy is our highest priority. If a commission is for a prop seen in the Narnia films, our goal is to recreate it as faithfully as possible. This means customer input on materials, proportions, or design details may be limited to ensure screen accuracy.
Personal & Non-Film Props
Props that are personal in nature, or not seen in the Narnia movies, cannot be added to our shop collection. These projects require additional development and exclusivity and are therefore subject to higher commission pricing.
Replicas Must Be Complete
We cannot accept custom orders for incomplete props, such as a dagger without its sheath, a sword without its scabbard, a bow without its string, or any item missing essential components. Partial builds are not accepted. We cannot offer reduced pricing for incomplete props for the purpose of later incorporation into our shop selection. All commissions must meet our full completion and quality standards from the start.
Deposits & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required before production begins and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Custom Orders Take Longer
Custom commissions require dedicated time, materials, and resources. As a result, custom orders will take longer to complete than standard shop items.
Scale & Display Purpose
Custom props are intended for display and collection purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Functional or wearable modifications (such as reinforced parts, moving mechanisms, or safety alterations) must be discussed and approved in advance and may affect pricing.
One-of-a-Kind Variations
Handmade props may show slight variations in finish, texture, or detailing. These variations are a natural part of the crafting process and do not constitute defects.
Revisions & Changes
Once a project has been approved and production has begun, major design changes may not be possible. Requested changes after approval may result in additional costs or extended timelines.
Payment Timing
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment. Finished props will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
Shipping Responsibility
NRprops is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or import fees. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Right to Decline Projects
NRprops reserves the right to decline any custom commission that is not feasible, does not meet our quality standards, or already has the potential to be made in the first place.
Intellectual Property
Customer commissions do not grant ownership of design rights. NRprops retains the right to photograph, display, and reference completed props for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
