Each item is carefully designed and created with attention to detail, ensuring that we make a product that exceeds your expectations.

Our product estimates fall into three categories.

Inventory products are already finished and in stock. Processing times can be found in the product listings themselves, but they are usually 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order products are too complex to keep in inventory and are often made one at a time per inquiry. These listings will say “made to order” and usually note whether a spot is available or sold out. The average processing time for these products is 1–2 months.

Pre-orders are products reserved before they are ready to ship. Current pre-orders are expected to ship at the end of the year, putting processing times at around 4–12 months.

Extra information on production/availability

Sometimes unforseen circumstances accure why our products take longer to make, this may be a deficit of materials on the market for us to use, busy times at the shop or because the customer has placed an order with several items.

We don’t like to give set dispatch dates, we often have people buy a lot and still expect it to be shipped as if it’s 1 prop, so please note the more you buy the longer the wait time is usually.

If an item is sold out but you’re interested in buying right there and then, contact us and we’ll let you know if we can free one up for purchase, sold out items mean we’re busy with finishing several orders for that specific prop, but sometimes we can accept one more upon request.

We completely understand that our production times can be longer than expected, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. If at any point someone prefers not to wait anymore, we’re always happy to cancel the order, and offer a partial refund—no questions asked. We would much rather cancel an order than compromise on quality or place unnecessary pressure on our team.
