These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, products, and agreements between NRprops and the customer.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

NRprops reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Product Categories & Processing Times

NRprops offers three distinct product categories. Each category has different production methods and timelines.

3.1 Inventory Products

Inventory products are fully completed items that are physically in stock at the time of purchase.

  • Processing time: typically 3–5 business days

  • These products are prepared for shipment after purchase

  • Exact handling times may vary depending on order volume

3.2 Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products are not held in stock and are created individually upon request.

  • Listings will clearly indicate “Made to Order”

  • Availability may be limited due to production capacity

  • Items may be listed as “available” or “sold out” depending on workload

Estimated processing time:

  • Approximately 1–2 months

These products are often handcrafted and may involve complex production processes. Small variations between items may occur and are considered normal.

3.3 Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products are items sold in advance and produced in larger batches.

  • These items are not immediately available

  • Production begins after pre-order batches are finalized

Estimated processing time:

  • Approximately 4–12 months

All processing times listed on the website are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery deadlines.

Delays may occur due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • High order volume

  • Material shortages

  • Production complexity

  • Supplier delays

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that production timelines may extend beyond initial estimates.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in EUR and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase

  • Orders will not enter production or be shipped until payment is received

  • NRprops reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped only after the applicable processing time has been completed.

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping carrier

  • Customs procedures

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees

5A. Shipping Responsibility

NRprops remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer.

If a package is lost or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

6. Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, cancellation policies vary by category:

  • Inventory products:
    May be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped

  • Made-to-order products:
    Can be cancelled once production has started with only 85% of full item price being refunded.

  • Pre-order products:
    Can be cancelled once production has started with only 75% of full item price being refunded.

    NRprops reserves the right to evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 General Policy

Returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (where applicable)

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items

These exclusions are in accordance with EU consumer law regarding custom-made goods.

7.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

NRprops reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refunds for items showing signs of use

  • Deduct value for damaged returns not caused by us

7A. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized products (including made-to-order items)

For eligible products (inventory items), the withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within the withdrawal period.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.

9. Product Use & Safety

All products sold by NRprops are intended for:

  • Display

  • Cosplay

  • Prop use

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are not designed for functional or hazardous use.

NRprops is not liable for:

  • Improper use

  • Unsafe modifications

  • Use outside intended purpose

10. Intellectual Property

All products, designs, images, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of NRprops.

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Copy or reproduce products

  • Resell designs without permission

  • Use images or branding for commercial purposes

11. Liability

NRprops shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays outside of our control

  • Minor differences in handmade or custom items

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

12. Force Majeure

NRprops is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not exclusive to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Labor shortages

  • Government restrictions

13. Privacy

Customer data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
